Responsabilities:Provides testing and test management know how. Testing overall Coordinates and manages planning of the system and acceptance tests within a development or integration project or program. Takes responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities. Provides authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution. Defines and communicates the test strategy for the project. Specialism Manages all phases of testing, including plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability. Assesses suppliers' development and testing capabilities. Selects project testing standards for all phases, influencing all parties to conform to those standards. Manages the client relationship with respect to all testing matters. Identifies process improvements, contributes to corporate testing standards and definition of best practice.
Qualifications:• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience • 5-7 years of experience including 3 years of testing or test management with emphasis on problem solving skills • Some experience of software development, project management, service management • Strong in testing and test management • Strong in estimation methods and conceptual thinking • Strong sense of responsibility • Strong in customer focus (service, relationship and quality) • Solid in project management • Solid knowledge of configuration management • Solid business communications knowledge • Candidate with extensive test automation • Experience (preparing scripts and execution) would be added advantage.
