Responsabilities:- Supports Business Administration Management and Business Administration Professionals by completing administrative tasks assigned. - Supports Business Administration Management of an assigned business organization. - Ensure proper entries of SAP processes (e.g:order, stock picking, purchase order, billing, time sheet & accounting transaction) and perform adjustment/correction if necessary. - Communication with customers regarding commercial issues e.g: receivables, billing, and etc. - Preparation of financial documents eg, Journal Voucher, Bank Guarantee, Performance Bond, Letter of Credit. - Implement & improve operation processes & documentation according to ISO guidelines & company policies. - Other related duties from time to time.
Qualifications:- Bachelor degree of Accounting or/and Finance education. - 2-3 years sales commercial experience including service business. - SAP knowledge, INCOTERMS 2000, Letter of Credit Handling, Basic legal know-how. - Fluent in English - Positive attitude to work in challenging and dynamic environment.
