Responsabilities:To support Account Management team in pre and post-sales including feedback RFP, system walk thru/product presentations, requirement analysis and scoping the solution. • Ensure high customer satisfaction in pre and post-sales support activities. • Support the Project Management/Project Leader in project implementation of software applications. • Prepare and complete timely project updates to ensure accuracy and maintenance of all project implementations. • Collaborate with the consulting and R&D teams to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suite the clients’ needs. • Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product and services, customization, business process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort. • Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs. • Participates in establishing and monitoring of client implementation. • Adapt at identifying and framing problems, setting priorities and making critical assessments.
Qualifications:• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Computer Science. • Related 3-5 years working experience in IT industry with knowledge of accounting software and experience in property, constructions or hospitality industry is added advantage. · Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills. · Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with key customer technical and middle management personnel · Strong IT Technical skills and Project Management skills · Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player. · Analytical thinking and able to work independently and well under pressure. · Must be willing to travel (within Asean).
