HR Manager - AGENSI PEKERJAAN IFORTE SDN BHD | SmartHire | Jobs, Vacancies and Career site smarthire HR Manager AGENSI PEKERJAAN IFORTE SDN BHD SmartHire Jobs Vacancies Career candidate employer 1) Impact on the Business This role will be responsible for delivering services to business in the following HR Support functional areas:- • Recruitment and Selection • Performance and Talent Management • Training and Qualification • Employee and Industrial Relations • HR Admin Support and Analytics Recruitment and Selection • Plan and implement initiatives for MBM TSS employer branding • Plan and administer employment contract for permanent staff/interns/ contract or temporary staff etc. Performance and Talent Management • Implement effective performance management cycle (incl PPVM, EDC, Performance Appraisal, etc). • Propose potential criteria and plan employee development potential. Training and Qualification • Analyse and enhance manpower competencies to sustain company growth and performance. • Initiate and implement local trainings and source for training providers. • Organise program to promote employee teamwork and customer service orientation. • Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvement initiatives. Employee and Industrial Relations • Handle labor relations issues according to regulated/relevant Laws. • Conduct employee counseling and grievances • Advise line managers on Labor Relations matters. HR Admin Support and Analytics • Ensure timely preparation and submission of relevant HR reports to related internal departments / government agencies where necessary Compensation and Benefits • Support Head of HR in developing Compensation & Benefits guidelines • Submit MERCER yearly survey • Yearly increment budget submission to HQ • Approve/oversee monthly payroll HR Services support • Manage and guide the team as and when required 2) Customer (External and Internal) • Build and foster a good working relationship with MBM HR department, HR Communities, 3rd party service providers, related external bodies and local authorities • To provide clear understanding if HR policies and procedures to all stakeholders • Liaison with other HR colleagues within Daimler group on best practices and policies 3) Leadership and Teamwork • Coach and monitor the progress of direct reports professional development so as to ensure skills upgrading and knowledge transfer • To promote teamwork within team members by sharing the objectives and working effectively to achieve those goals 4) Operational Effectiveness and Control • Work with HR department to effectively enable delivery of HR Services to the TSS line business • Demonstrate compliance to internal control including timely implementation and of internal and external audit points with any issues raised by external regulators. Education level / Training • Master in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources Management or its equivalent Experience (type of) • Experience of working as business partner in HR function in Software Engineering field • Significant experience of successfully managing the co-ordination and delivery of key HR services and employee relations • Have worked in organization with Software Engineering DNA Specific knowledge • Experience transforming a company into the digital age • Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Act 1967 • Knowledge in dealing with employee relations issues including health management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management • In depth knowledge of HR policies and processes • Awareness of data protection legalization • Numerate
